摘要
工程进度容易受到各种客观和人为因素的制约 ,而偏离计划。在偏离和纠偏过程中 ,都会对工程质量产生不利影响。本文对这些影响结合案例进行了详细的分析 ,并提出对策。
The project progress is apt to receive the restriction of various kinds of objective and human factors, and deviate from the plan.It will produce the adverse effect on project quality in the course of deviation and rectifying a deviation. This text makes use of the case, analyzes these influencial factors in detail, and puts forward countermeasures.
