摘要
合理的营养对高校业余田径运动员的素质 ,提高高校田径运动员业余训练成绩有重要的意义。糖、脂肪、蛋白质、无机盐、维生素等都是训练中不可缺少的物质 ,本文论述了这些物质的功能、作用及缺乏这些物质带来的严重后果 ,同时指出了补充、进食的方法。
Nutrition is of great importance to strengthen the body quality of spare-time athletes and improve the training results. Suger,fat, protein, inorganic salts and vitamin are essential to the training. This text discusses the functions of these substances and serious consequences when the body lacks them, at the same time it gives the methods to replenish them.
