水煤气-空气混合气体爆炸极限与浓度关系的统计分析 被引量:5

The statistical analysis of the relationship between explosive limits and concentrations in water gas-air mixtures

摘要 研究水煤气与空气混合时煤气的爆炸极限与所含各组分浓度之间的关系;使用SPSS 统计软件,运用相关分析和主成分分析,对大量实验数据进行统计分析,得到了影响水煤气浓度爆炸极限的主要因素以及爆炸极限计算公式;结果表明,煤气中的可燃性组分以各自独特的支链反应特征对爆炸极限产生影响,惰性组分通过改变可燃性组分的相对含量,对爆炸极限产生间接影响,通过主成分回归得到的计算公式能够很好地拟合和预测水煤气-空气多元混合气体的爆炸极限,计算结果明显优于文献方法。 The relationship between the gas explosive limits and concentrations was studied as air was mixed with water gas.By meansof SPSS statistical analytical software,handling correlation analysis and principal component analysis to analyze a great deal of experi-mental data statistically,the main factor affecting the water gas concentration explosive limits and the calculated formula were acquired.The result shows the components of flammable gas influenced the explosive limits according to characters of each their own branched-chain reaction,the inert components also indirectly influenced them by changing the contents of flammable ones.The calculated formu-la obtained by principal component regression could accord and predict the explosive limits of multicomponent water gas-air mixturesprimely,the results from it could be superior to those from literature.
