经济全球化背景下传统产业集群核心竞争力分析——兼论温州区域产业结构的“代际锁定”

Analysis on Core Competitiveness of Traditional Industrial Cluster under the Background of Economic Globalization——Also on "lock in" of regional industrial structure in Wenzhou

在经济全球化和高新技术产业迅猛发展的背景下,传统产业的竞争力如何一直是学术界和政府部门所关注的一个重要问题。本文以产业价值链为主线,对全球生产体系下的国际分工格局及其变化趋势进行了探讨,认为产业竞争力并不必然地决定于产业层次,而更主要地决定于创造附加价值的能力。并结合对温州传统产业集群的竞争优势及其变化趋势的考察,提出经济全球化趋势下提升传统产业集群竞争力的思路。

Under the background of economic globalization and rapid development of high-tech industries, the competitiveness of traditional industries is an important issue. Using industrial value chain framework this article discusses international division of labor in global production system and its trend. Industrial competitiveness decided by the ability of creation of value-added, not decided by property of industry inevitably. By reviewing competitiveness of traditional industrial cluster in Wenzhou, it analyses the competitiveness of industrial cluster, and brings forward some advices on promoting competitiveness of traditional industrial cluster under the background of economic globalization.
