安康黄石滩水库溢洪道设计方案比较分析

Comparison and analysis of alternatives of spillway schemes for Huanglongtan, Ankang

黄石滩水库施工过程中，由于施工安排、工程资金等问题，造成溢洪道未按时开工，为满足防汛要求，建设单位在垭口开挖了临时泄水通道，造成溢洪道轴线变更的既成事实。为节约工程投资，维持库区环境整体协调，设计进行了方案比较，通过技术、经济、合理性分析，确定了经济、可行的溢洪道实施方案。

Because of construction arrangement and financing problems, the spillway was not start building on time during construction of Huanglongtan Reservoir. In order to meet the need of flood prevention requirement, the constructer excavated a temporary discharge channel, which resulted in that the spillway had to change axes. For the sake of money saving, according to maintain environment of reservoir area harmonious, based on comparison of design schemes and analysis social and economic rationality of the schemes, the implementation scheme was determined.
