摘要
提出了一种利用液压无级变速传动,进行恒功率速度自适应控制,动态工况下的牵引性能参数按照静态匹配理论计算,但在行走机构全打滑前进行极限负荷控制的设计方法。实践表明这是一种提高车辆动力性、经济性和作业生产率综合性能以及实现自动化的有效途径。
This paper suggests a design way which uses hydraulic continuously variable transmission, thecontrol of constant power and adaptive speed, static matching parameter of driving performance at dynamic conditions and the control of limit load before travel mechanism slipping. The fact indicates that it improves vehicles' power performance,energy economy and productivity and is effective way which realizes the construction vehicles robotization.
