摘要
通过半衰期法验证蔗糖水解为一级反应,明确反应级数是确定动力学速率方程的关键,同时可作为培养考核学生动手能力的一个实训项目。
Clarifying the reaction series is key to definite the rate function of dynamics when testifying the reaction series of sucrose hydrolysis with half-life method. It is also a practice program to test students' operation ability.
