摘要
该文提出了黄酒生产中常见的3种质量问题:瓶装酒的沉淀,霉变现象,同类产品质量的一致性。对其产生原因进行了分析,并提出了预防措施。
Three problems concerning quality in the rice wine production, including precipitation in the bottled wine, mould spoilage, quality homogeneity in the same products, were discussed in this paper. The factors contributing to these problems were analyzed and the preventive measures were proposed accordingly.
