摘要
对鸡精样品进行预处理后,采用高氯酸滴定法测定鸡精中谷氨酸钠的含量,方法重现性RSD为1.53,回收率为98.0%,可应用于鸡精产品中谷氨酸钠含量的检测。
Sodium glutamate content in chicken essence was determined by perchloric acid titration after pretreatment with the sample. With method repeatability RSD 1.53 and recovery rate 98.0%, this method could be used in determination of sodium glutamate in chicken essence.
