摘要
通过溶胶 凝胶法和O/W型乳液聚合法制备了经过十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (SDBS)修饰的纳米ZnO粉体和纳米ZnO/聚苯胺 (PAn)的复合材料 ,并进行了形貌、结构和性质的表征与分析。结果表明 ,纳米氧化锌晶形为六方晶系球形结构 ,粒径平均为 2 5nm。而纳米ZnO/PAn的复合材料也呈现出特殊的红外吸收特性 ,在 170 0cm- 1~ 330 0cm- 1出现 1个较强的吸收峰 ,同时因纳米ZnO的加入而使聚苯胺各特征峰振动强度均增强 ,所以可得出 。
Nanometer-sized ZnO, which is modified with sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, and nanometer-sized ZnO/PAn composites were prepared by sol-gel and O/W emulsion polymerization methods technique, respectively. TEM?XRD and FI-IR were used to characterize the nanometer-sized ZnO and nanometer-sized ZnO/PAn composites. The results showed that nanometer-sized ZnO crystallizes in hexagonal structure with spherical particles and size distribution of 25nm and the absorption peaks of nanometer-sized ZnO/PAn composites were strengthened in the compared with that of doping polyaniline in infrared spectrum, especially, which there was a more stronger peak between 1700cm -1 and 3300cm -1.
