国外企业实施技能工资制的理论依据及其启示 被引量:5

摘要 外部环境的变化和企业管理的变革对企业传统的以工作为中心的职位工资制产生了巨大的冲击。为了激励员工不断学习新知识和新技能 ,并提高企业的竞争力 ,许多西方企业已经实行以员工为中心的技能工资制。技能工资制日益被认为是应对知识经济时代市场竞争和技术变化挑战的一种行之有效的薪酬制度。本文考察了国外企业实施技能工资制的理论依据 ,分析了实施技能工资制过程中所面临的挑战 ,并且提出了对我国企业薪酬改革的启示意义。
