摘要 以苯酚为原料采用季胺盐作相转移催化剂,和成水杨醛,研究在不同实验条件下对反应的影响,通过由非均相反应变为均相,由于反应机理的改变,加快了反应速率,减少了副反应,提高产率为78.2%. The synthesis of o-hydroxyl benzaldehyde through Reimer-Tiemann reaction, using BTEAC as phase-transferring catalyst, phenol as reactant, was studied. The reaction conditions such as temperature, amount of catalyst, concentration of alkali, pH and reaction time were explored. The rate of reaction was accelerated by converting heterogeneous reaction to the homogenous one. A higher yield (78.2%) was reached while decreasing the side-reactions.
