我国田径后备力量现状及对策分析

The Analysis of the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Reserve Forces in Track and Field of Our Country

我国田径运动的多级训练体制存在着后备力量严重缺乏,教练员科研理论水平和整体素质不高,运动员运动训练与文化教育脱节,青少年竞赛制度不规范,科技服务体系不完善,经费筹措困难等v问题. 2008年奥运会迫切需要改变我国田径运动成绩连续下滑的现状,据此提出了我国田径运动后备力量发展的对策.

The multipolar training system of track and field in our country is facing the problems that reserve forces are seriously lacking; the level of scientific research and the whole quality of coaches are not high; sports training and cultural education of athletes come apart; the contest system of teenagers is not standard; the service system of science and technology is not perfect and sports funds are raised difficultly. In order to greet 2008 Olympic Games, there is great demand for changing the present situation that the scores of track and field in our country have declined continually. On these grounds, the author advances the countermeasures of the development of reserve forces in track and field of our country.
