摘要
分析了车架纵梁内外板成形模具的特点,即体积大、笨重,其配套压床20 000kN以上,而此类压床往往数量极少,故换装模频繁。提出采用组合模具可避免以上所述之烦杂现象,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
The characteristic of forming dies for inner and outer plates of carriage carlines wasanalyzed, i.e.large volume and heavy weight. The assorted press machine is over 20 000kN. Thiskind of machine is seldom and required to change frequently. It was put forward that it avoidsthe complex phenomenon mentioned above by taking combination dies.
