摘要
蓖麻碱是一种中等毒性的生物碱。采用给40日龄小鼠的常规日粮中添加蓖麻碱经4周饲喂试验证明,添加蓖麻碱组体增重与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05),但此处理可以提高饲料转化率;蓖麻碱的添加对小鼠血液生化值有一定影响,随着蓖麻碱量的增加,实验组动物整体表现出白细胞、淋巴细胞数值降低,单核细胞数值,GOT、GPT2个转氨酶值增高的趋势。同时,0.03%蓖麻碱剂量组动物肝、肾脏出现轻微病变,我们可以确定含0.03%蓖麻碱的饲粮对小鼠具有最低毒性作用。
Ricinine is a medium toxic alkaloid. Toxicity effect of low dosage ricinine on mice was studied. Fifty 30-day-old mice were divided randomly into four groups of four dietary treatments and over four weeks were fed diets that contained 0,50,100, 300 mg/kg of supplemental ricinine. The ricinine results showed that supplementation in the diet did not influence(P >0.05) in body weight gains ,but had higher feed conversion. A high dietary ricinine supplementation of 300 mg/kg had significantly influence the blood biochemical indexes. With ricinine dosage increasing in the dietary, the leucocyte and lymphocyte of mice were gradually decreased and the monocyte, GOT and GPT increased. Slight pathological changes were found in the liver and kidney in the ricinine supplementation up to 300 mg/kg. So ricinine supplementation of 300 mg/kg is the highest dosage which is allowed to add in the feed to the mice.
