摘要
以翔实的勘查资料为基础,阐述滦河地表水环境冲洪积扇的形成及地下水环境。由于实施了滦河跨流域引水工程,津唐两市水荒虽得以缓解,但却引起滦河中下游生态环境恶化,如地下水位降落漏斗和咸水入侵等问题,因此而提出的综合治理措施对滦河流域下游的可持续发展具有现实和深远的意义。
On the basis of detailed prospecting information, this paper expounds the formation and groundwater environment of the alluvial fan of Luanhe River and puts forward measures of comprehensive harness, which is of realistic and far-reaching significance to the sustainable development of the downstream areas of Luanhe River.
