Adult education is a key to develop human resource, for which we can invest on manpower capital, improve the quality of workers, optimize the structure of human resource , and promote residual labour force transfer from rural to urban though it .Meanwhile, adult education advance the industry ,promote the enterprise and perfect the labour market. We will carry out the idea of educating for life, pay attention to develop aging education and women education in the future.
