摘要
综述了压电免疫传感器的原理、抗体作为探针在传感器表面的固定化方法,特别对抗体Fab′段作为探针在传感器表面的定向固定这一新方法用于压电免疫传感器的可行性进行了论证。
This paper summarizes principles of the piezoelectric quartz immunosensor and antibody-based immobilization approaches in this review.Especially,the feasibility of specific oriented immobilization of antibody′s Fab′ fragments for piezoelectric immunosensor is argued.
