摘要
以二氧化碳活化90min的石油焦为原料,考察不同沉积条件对锂离子二次电池炭负极材料性能的影响,采用三电极体系,以200μA·cm-2电流进行恒流充放电测试电池容量。发现温度为700℃、延长沉积时间、增大苯沉积浓度、标态流量和粒径尺寸均有利于提高电极材料的可逆储锂能力;活化和沉积同时进行不利于电极材料性能的提高;提前通苯可明显提高首次充放电容量。
In this article,petroleum coke activated 90 min was used as material,the research that how deposition conditions influence the property of lithium ion battery was carried out.Three-electrode-system is used to measure the properties of anodes with the current density 200 μA·cm^(-1). We find that 700℃,increasing deposition time,concentration,standard gas flow rate and grain size all make the reversible capacity of anode better, activation and deposition at one time make the properties worse. C_6H_6 Added before deposition can increase the first cycle capacity.
