摘要
建立了发电机定子三维温度场计算的数学模型 ,以水轮发电机的半齿、半槽为计算区域 ,用有限元方法对5 5 0 0kW 64 71kVA灯泡贯流式发电机定子的温度场进行了求解 ,得到了发电机定子的温度场、各部件温度最高点及分布。通过求解定子机座和定子轭部的体平均温度 。
A three dimensional temperature field model of hydroelectric generator stator is established in this paper. Through taking the half gear and the half groove as calculation area, the temperature field of hydroelectric generator stator of bulb tubular turbine of 5500 kW and 6471 kVA is calculated by using the finite element method. The temperature field of the stator is obtained, and the points and the distribution of the highest temperature of the components are found. The average temperatures of the stator pedestal and yoke are calculated to provide references for the generator design.
