摘要
对连铸板坯表面纵向裂纹的形成原因进行了分析研究,发现浸入式水口在浇注过程中损坏和结晶器保护渣性能不佳是主要因素。采取了相应的改进措施后,钢板表面线状缺陷的发生率大幅度降低。
The formation reason of the longitudinal cracks on the surface of the continuous casting slab was analyzed. It is mainly attributed to the damage of the submerged nozzle during casting and some undesirable properties of the mould powder. This problem has been successfully solved after applying some countermeasures.
