阴离子型微乳液的电导活化能及洗涤效果

摘要 微乳体系是热力学稳定体系,能自发形成,这为开发浸泡型洗涤剂提供了可能。通过测定不同温度下O/W型微乳液的电导率,计算体系电导活化能,发现该体系活化能随含水量的增加呈"U"型曲线变化。电导活化能与洗涤效果之间有一定的关系。m(SDS)∶m(正丁醇)∶m(二甲苯)∶m(水)=5∶8∶2 5∶24 5组成的微乳液作为浸泡型洗涤剂,对原油污染的纯棉白布洗净度为75%。在表面活性剂的质量分数相同的情况下,微乳体系的浸泡洗涤效果最好。 Microemulsion system is thermodynamically stable and it can be formed spontaneously,which makes it possible to develop the soaking detergents.The electric conductance activation energy of the system were calculated from electric conductivities of the O/W microemulsions at different temperatures.It was found that the variations of activation energy with water content in the system show a 'U-curve'.There was a relationship between the conductance activation energy and detergency.When the mass ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate,n-butanol,xylene and water in the microemulsion is 5∶8∶2.5∶24.5,the detergency of the cotton swatch,which was soiledby crude oil,appears as (75 %).The detergency of microemulsion (system) is better than other systems with same mass ratio of same surfactant.
