摘要 以提取物产率及其对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为评价指标,进行了当归美白成分的微波辅助提取工艺研究。得到了较佳提取工艺条件:以体积分数为90%的乙醇为提取剂,乙醇与当归的质量比为8∶1,微波450W提取5min,同样条件重复提取1次。合并提取液经活性炭脱色、真空浓缩、真空干燥后即得提取物浸膏,产率为46 5%,对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为73 8%。与直接加热提取法相比较,微波辅助提取能缩短提取时间,并能提高提取物产率及其对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率。 The microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) technology of skin-whitening agent in angelica sinensis was studied and the yield as well as the relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase of the extract were used as assessment indicators.It was concluded that the optimal conditions as extracting agent are:power of microwave radiation:450 W,time of extraction treatment 5 min,90 %(V %) ethanol to material of ratio of extracting agent to raw material:8∶1.The extract was decolorized with active carbon,concentrated under vacuum,and then dried under vacuum. The yield of dehydrated extract is (46.5 %) and the relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase is 73.8 %.As compared with direct-heating extraction,MAE can shorten accelerate the extraction,and improve the yield as well as the relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase (RIAAT) of the extract.
