中草药沐浴剂抗衰老作用研究

Research for anti-aging function of bath lotion with Chinese herbal medicine

研究了以当归、黄芪、白芷和细辛等药物提取液及合剂与沐浴剂基质复配制备的中草药沐浴剂对小鼠皮肤的抗衰老作用。将9月龄小鼠每日浸浴于沐浴剂中,早晚15min各一次,3个月后处死,取背部皮肤,测定小鼠皮肤中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)与羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量。结果表明:加入当归、黄芪、白芷和细辛提取液及其合剂的沐浴剂均有明显抗衰老作用,加入合剂效果好于单味药液。经含有质量分数5%和10%药液合剂的沐浴剂浸浴的试验小鼠SOD浓度为18 34U/mL±0 59U/mL和19 78U/mL±0 63U/mL,LPO为20 41nmol/mL±3 17nmol/mL和18 47nmol/mL±2 90nmol/mL,HYP质量分数达35 57mg/g±4 25mg/g和39 59mg/g±4 04mg/g,与对照组相比均P<0 05,证明该中草药沐浴剂具有明显的抗皮肤衰老作用。

The anti-aging effectiveness of the bath lotion with Chinese herbal medicine on skin of mice 9-months-age was investigated.The mice were bathed with each kind of bath lotion containing the extracts of angelica sinensis,radix astragali,angelica dahuric,asarum sieboldi and their blends respectively two times daily and 15 min for each time.After 3 months,the mice were killed and contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD),lipid peroxide (LPO) and hydroxyproline (HYP) in the back skin were measured.The results show that all of the five kinds of bath lotion have anti-aging function,and the bath lotion that contains the blend extracts is the best one. Treated by lotions containing 5 % or 10 % blend extracts,the measurements of mice skins are SOD contents:18.34 U/mL±0.59 U/mL and 19.78 U/mL±0.63 U/mL,LPO contents:20.41 nmol/mL±3.17 nmol/mL and 18.47 nmol/mL±2.90 nmol/mL,HYP contents:(35.57 mg/g)±(4.25 mg/g) and (39.59 mg/g)±(4.04 mg/g).All measurements show significant difference as compared with that of control group(P<0.05).These results show the anti-aging function of the Chinese herbal medicines in the bath lotion.
