经济全球化和中国加入WTO要求江西有色金属企业加强机制再造,进一步深化产权改革。具体而言,首先重新定位企业的发展方向,然后再造企业的生存根基,同时创新文化,增强竞争力,三者互为补充,构成现代有色金属企业新机制。

The economic globalization and China's entery into WTO force nonferrous metal enterprises in Jiangxi Province to reform their mechanism and the system of property right deeply. Specifically, they should reset their orientation of development ,re-construct the foundation of the enterprises, and concentrate on creativity of enterprise culture to reinforce their competitiveness. The three factors compensate each other to compose the new mechanism of modern nonferrous metal enterprise.
