摘要
目的 :颌下腺细胞与脱细胞生物衍生支架材料复合培养 ,观察细胞在支架材料上的生长情况。方法 :用传代培养第 2代的颌下腺细胞与颌下腺脱细胞基质在体外复合培养 ,扫描电镜下观察不同时间细胞在支架材料上的生长情况。结果 :颌下腺细胞多数附着在支架材料的孔隙内或其边缘 ,细胞大小不等、形态各异 ,部分细胞之间分泌基质相互连接 ,细胞表面凸凹不平、突起丰富、数目不等、长短不一 ,表面结构似“银耳”状。结论 :颌下腺脱细胞基质支架材料具有良好的生物相容性 。
Objective: To culture submandibular gland ce lls with the submandibular gland acellular matrix (SGAM),and to observe the grow th condition of the cells on the scaffold material. Methods: T he second generation of the culturing cells were mixed with the SGAM. The growth condition of the cells on the scaffold material were observed by using scanning electron microscope at different time. Results: With scanning electron microscopes, it could be seen that many cells adhered in and around th e holes of the SGAM scaffold material. The cells had different diameters, divers e shapes, many processes with different number and length. The surface structure looked like “white fungus”. Conclusion: The bioderived scaf fold material made from SGAM had excellent biocompatibility and SGAM was an idea l scaffold material for tissue engineering of submandibular gland.
