摘要
目的 :研究膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的表达及微血管密度 (MVD) ,探讨与膀胱癌生物学特征的内在联系。方法 :应用S P法对 5 1例BTCC及 10例正常膀胱组织中bFGF进行检测 ,同时测定并分析BTCC中MVD值。结果 :bFGF在正常膀胱组织呈阴性表达 ,在BTCC中的阳性表达率在不同病理分级、临床分期组间及复发组与初发组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;MVD值在BTCC不同病理分级、临床分期组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :BTCC中bFGF表达和MVD值与膀胱癌生物学行为密切相关。在BTCC浸润转移过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To evaluate the expression of bas ic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in human transi tional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC) and their significance. To study the asso ciation between the biological characteristics of BTCC and bFGF and MVD. Methods: The expression of bFGF was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 51 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue. Meanwhile, we evaluated the MVD in BTCC. We also determined and analyzed different pathol ogic period, grade factors of bladder tumor, and the relationship between bFGF a nd MVD. Results: All normal transitional cells were negatively stained. The positive expression of bFGF in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grade and clinical stage (P<0.05). The MVD value was different between pathological grade and clinical stage (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of bFGF and MVD value closely correlate wit h biological behaviour of BTCC and play important roles in the process of invasi veness and metastasis.
