摘要
对实验室保存和购买的 9 株黑曲霉菌株进行了产植酸酶酶活测定,筛选出一株产植酸酶较高的菌株 3928,酶活达 693 μg/(g·min)。该菌株经紫外线诱变处理,可得到一株产植酸酶较高的 2 号菌株,酶活达到 2 050 μg/(g·min)。
Nine strains A. Nigers which were preserved in lab and purchased were determined phytase activity, and screened out a high productioon strain-3928, phytase activity could get to 693μg/(g·min). The strain was mutagenesis treated by ultraviolet radiation, and got a higher production strain-2, phytase activity could get to 2 050μg/(g·min).
