摘要 The effects of the variety and quantity of acid catalyzers,temperature and time of hydrolysis and pretreatment on the yield rate of reducing sugar and yield of SCP were studied in this study.In order to obtain more reducing sugar and SCP of Y-108,a mutant of Candida boidinii No.2201,cultured in corn-cob hydrolysate,process conditions of acid hydrolysis of concentration and hydrolysis at 120℃ for 3 h without pretreatment were determined as the optimum hydrolysis process conditions.At the optimum conditions,a reducing sugar yield rate of 44% and higher yield of SCP were achieved.
