Some Ideas about Editors'Quality and Consciousness of an Innovative Journal

创新学报编辑 ,必须具有竞争意识 ,前瞻意识和特色意识 ,只有具备这些意识 。

Editors of an innovative journal, with regard to their quality, should have not only the ability to bring forth new ideas but also the courage to do so. In point of their consciousness, they should have the consciousness of competition, of looking forward and of distinctive features. Only when they have such quality and consciousness, can they take on the great task of editing an innovative journal.
