This paper states that the development of Marx' theory on the value of labor by the important ideology of 'Representation of Three Aspects'can be seen in five aspects:(1) It lays special emphasis on the importance of scientific and technological labor in socio-economic development and stresses that all labor beneficial to the people and society should be respected and protected;(2) It emphasizes that close attention should be paid to the payment for labor,in particular,the payment for contributions;(3) It stresses the new criteria for judging whether one is politically advanced or backward,thereby pointing out the direction in researching Marx' theory on the value of labor at the present stage;(4) It emphasizes that the research on the 'general worker' should be enhanced and the development space for Marx' theory on the value of labor expanded;(5) It stresses that under the circumstances in which the economic globalization is speeding up,we must take positive measures,make great efforts to give play to our own advantages,and increase our international competitive power in both products and service.The paper also shows clearly that the above ideas will be of important and profound directing significance to the opening up of a new prospect of the construction cause of modernizations.
