国家医师资格考试上海考区临床实践技能考试的评价研究

Evaluation of the clinical examination for national licensing of doctors in Shanghai

随机抽取上海考区 5 0名考生 ,对他们重复实施两次 2 0 0 2年上海考区的临床实践技能考试及实施以标准化病人为基础的多站客观结构临床能力考试 (OSCE)。信度分析 :r=0 .832 2 4 ,P=0 .0 0 0 1<0 .0 5 ;效度分析 :r=0 .86 4 32 ,P=0 .0 0 0 1<0 .0 5。结果表明上海考区的临床实践技能考试比较可靠、有效 ,为改革、完善国家医师资格考试的方法、措施提供了科学依据。

candidates sampled at random were tested twice by the clinical examination for national licensing of doctors in Shanghai in 2002 and by objective structured clinical examination with standard patient. Evaluation for reliability of the clinical examination: r=0.83224, P =0.0001<0.05;evaluation for validity of the clinical examination: r=0.86432, P =0.0001<0.05, the clinical examination for national licensing of doctors in Shanghai are reliable and valid. The scientific evidences are provided for laying down the methods and the measures of the national examination for licensing of doctors in China by the Health Ministry.
