摘要
首先介绍了国内外关于个人数据保护的法律规定,在此基础上对个人数据是否已经被作为财产保护以及是否应该在法律上获得财产的地位两个主要问题进行了探讨。
Firstly, this paper introduces the current personal data protection law of China and foreign countries. Then it discusses two issues including whether personal data have been treated as a property right and if they should be treated as that in the future.
