企业再造机理研究——企业“染色体”突变模型

The Study on the Principle of Enterprise Reengineering——“Enterprise Chromosome”Mutation Model

从仿生学的观点出发,把企业看作一个类生物体,以生物进化论的观点分析了企业演进的过程,进而提出了描述企业本质的企业“染色体”理论;根据该理论对企业再造的机理和本质给出了合理的解释,同时为企业再造的内容和方法提供了理论指导。

In this paper, enterprise is regarded as an organism. The process of enterprise development is analogized with the theory of evolution of organism, and the model of 'enterprise chromosome' mutation is set up to describe the nature of enterprise. On the basis of this model, the principle and nature of enterprise reengineering is reasonably explained, and theoretical guidance on what and how to realize enterprise reengineering is provided.
