It will stimulate more environmental protection, more effective and safer traffic and transport. Electronic Map (EM) plays a very important role on ITS. And it influences the success of ITS directly. The basic conception of EM, functions of EM on ITS, the characteristics of EM in ITS and the ways to get the information of EM are introduced.
