摘要
通过分析虚拟供应链项目的特点,首先建立了面向虚拟供应链的项目范围管理流程,接着分析了面向虚拟供应链的项目产品范围管理和任务范围管理中存在的问题以及它们之间的联系。最后讨论了引起面向虚拟供应链的项目范围发生变更的原因,并针对每个原因提出了相应的解决方法。
The flow of project scope management for virtual supply chain is established based on the analysis of virtual supply chain characteristics. Then the problems and relationship between the product scope management and task scope management are analyzed. At last, the reasons that result in the scope changes are discussed, and at the same time, the resolution is given respectively.
