On the eve of establishment of PRC, because of KMT's ruling corruption, bureaucratic capital's suppression and social economy's depression, it was difficult for the capital of the national bourgeoisie to survive and they had to move south to Hong Kong, forming a special phenomenon splendidly at that time. Especially the factories which moved to Hong Kong had a large scale and involved kinds of trades, with characters of forccdncss, comprehensiveness and the varied means of move, which resulted in profound and lasting influence on renewing and development of Hong Kong's economy.
