摘要 以草酸二乙酯和2 戊酮为原料,经claiseen酯缩合、环化、水解三步反应合成出1 甲基 3 正丙基 5 吡唑羧酸,总收率73.26%,化合物用红外、核磁、元素分析等手段进行了结构表征。 1-methyl-3-n-propyl-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid was synthesized by some processes such as ester condensation, cyclization, hydrolysis from diethyl oxalate and 2-pentanone, the total yield was (73.26%.) The product was characterized by IR, ()~1HNMR and elementary analysis etc.
