摘要
脂肪酸甲酯是一种重要的化工原料,由废油脂制备脂肪酸甲酯并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分析、分离更是一种先进的生产研究工艺。本文简述了废油脂制备脂肪酸甲酯的工艺流程并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分离分析,为混合脂肪酸甲酯的评价及后续分离工作作了准备,进一步拓宽了由废油脂制备的混合脂肪酸甲酯的应用领域。
Fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) is an important chemical raw material. It is an advanced production and research method to prepare FAME by waste oil and fat then separation and analysis by GC-MS. This paper describes the process of preparation FAME from waste oil and fat and analyse by GC-MS. It is a base for the evalation and afterwards separation of mixed FAMS, this will extended the utilization of mixed FAME from waste oil and fat.
