摘要
采用切点跟踪磨削法磨削曲轴连杆颈时,曲轴回转轴(c轴)与砂轮进给轴(x轴)的联动误差、曲轴在磨削力的作用下沿磨削点法向的弹性位移、砂轮实际半径与砂轮理论计算半径的差值、砂轮中心与曲轴回转中心的安装高度误差、磨削力对曲轴回转中心的力矩随曲轴转角的变化等因素,都会对磨削加工后的连杆颈产生尺寸误差和圆度误差。通过数字仿真和试验,分析了上述因素对加工误差的影响程度及变化规律,并提出了相应的误差补偿模型。
In the gringding of crankshaft using tangential point tracing grinding,many factors, such as the cognate error between rotary axis (c axis) and to-and-fro axis (x axis)of grinding wheel, the elastic displacement of crankshaft along the normal of the gringing point under the grinding force, the variation of diameters of grind wheel.the deviation of the height between the center of grinding wheel and the rotary center of crankshaft, the variation of moment of gringding force to the rotary center of crankshaft along with the rotation of crankshaft, all lead to roundness error and size error of crankshaft. By means of digital simulation and experimental research, the magnitude and change rules of machining error resulted by the factors mentioned above are discussed. The error compensation model are given.
