亚硫酸化羊毛脂皮革加脂剂的制备

Preparation of sulfited lanolin leather fatliquor

为了改善现有羊毛脂加脂剂流动性差、黏度大的特点 ,提高其使用性能。首先对羊毛脂进行乙酰化改性 ,然后使乙酰化羊毛脂、改性菜油、鱼油和合成牛蹄油的混合物在负载型金属皂催化剂的作用下 ,用空气进行氧化。氧化温度 :80℃～ 85℃ ;氧化时间 :5h～ 6h ;空气通入量 :40 0L/h。氧化产物再与亚硫酸盐进行亚硫酸化反应。亚硫酸化反应温度 :反应初期为 40℃～ 60℃ ,反应后期 ,升至 80℃～ 90℃ ;反应时间 :2h～ 3h ;亚硫酸钠用量 :为氧化油质量的 6%～ 8%。

To improve fluidity and the application properties of lanolin fatliquoring agent,lanolin is acetylated firstly.Then the blend of acetylated lanolin,modified rape oil,fish oil and neat's foot oil was oxidized with loaded metallic soap catalyst;by air flow at 400 L/h and 80 ℃～85 ℃ for 5 h～6 h.At the end the oxidized product was reacted with sodium pyrosulfite 40 ℃ ～60 ℃ for initial stage and raised to 80 ℃～90 ℃ at the end;time of sulfiting reaction:2 h～3 h;sodium pyrosulfite dosage 6 %～8 %;emulsifing agent dosage 2 %～5 %.
