摘要
介绍了我国海洋倾废的历史、发展过程和管理现状 ,分析了海洋倾倒的现状和面临的困难。文章还提出通过高新技术把疏浚泥迅速转化为再生资源进行利用和污染土无害化处理技术 ,从根本上减少疏浚泥海洋倾倒的数量和缓减海洋倾倒区紧张的状况 。
This paper introduces the history, phylogeny and the current management situation of waste dumping at sea in China. Also, base on the analysis of the present conditions and the difficulties, the paper introduces a high tech process, which can imminently change dredge mud into recycle resources. Furthermore, the final product of this process can be used in the environmental harmless processes of polluted dirt. Up to this point, by using this high tech process, it can fundamentality reduces the number of dredge mud dumping in the sea, and appeases the intensity of the oceanic wastes dumping area. Finally, it reduces the marine environmental pollution and improves the condition of ocean.
