摘要
鲁米诺是研究较多和应用较广泛的化学发光试剂之一.目前许多物质的分析都是采用鲁米诺化学发光体系,另外鲁米诺电致化学发光也有很大的进步.本文对鲁米诺近几年来的应用及发展做了一个简要的评述.
Luminol is one of the chemiluminescence reagents which have been reseached and applied widely. Now Luminol-chemiluminescence has been used to analysis many complex compounds, in addition the methd of electrochemiluminescence of Luminol has been improved. The development and applment of Luminol in the last year was reviewed in the article.
