在硅钼棒电阻炉加热电源控制电路中采用温度、电流双闭环控制系统 ,实现加热过程中对温度的自动调节和对电流的自动限制 ,有效地提高了加热效率 ,延长了加热元件的使用寿命 。

A control method which adopts temperature and current double closed-loops in heating power supply control circuits of SiMo rod electric furnace is proposed. It achieves automatic regulation of temperature and limit of current in the process of heating. It can improve heating efficience,extend using life of heating elements and implement automatic control.
