In this paper, the history and status of theories and methods in construction project assessing are generally analyzed, based on which a conclusion is drawn that, with the further development of science and technology and human抯 further understanding of construction, construction project assessing is developing in two trends: micro and macro; and with the help of modern information technology, the human-oriented assessing will be further highlight.
