PDCA循环是企业推行全面质量管理在方法上的重大变革。本文结合一争创“钱江杯”工程为例,坚持“强化验收,过程控制”的指导思想,运用全面质量管理的观点,介绍了有效地控制Forbo亚麻油地材这一新型建筑材料在施工中分层、鼓包、起壳等质量缺陷的方法和措施。
