摘要
针对我国在加入WTO后,我国监理企业竞争力不足,而提出我国监理企业的发展战略。首先,引入监理企业竞争力的定义;其次,阐述我国建设监理工作的现状及监理企业的竞争力现状;再次,论述了入世给我国监理行业带来的影响、机遇和风险;最后简要地提出我国监理企业的发展策略及应采取的措施。
The supervision enterprise seems lacking of competitive power after China抯 WTO entry. This paper proposed the definition if competitive power of supervision enterprise, described current situation of construction supervision and the competitive power of supervision enterprise, discussed the influence, opportunity and risk to supervision due to China抯 WTO entry. The development strategy and relative measures for supervision enterprise are put forward briefly.
