摘要 分子生物学及影像技术的发展,促使人类基因治疗试验能更好地开展.基因治疗其中一个主要问题是使治疗基因能有所受控地、有效地转染到靶组织,避免在非靶组织中表达.因此,在基因治疗过程中有必要对治疗基因进行监测.
