摘要
目的 探讨针刺疗法对带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛的治疗效果。方法 将 35例带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛患者分为针刺组 (18例 )和西药组 (17例 )进行疗效观察比较。结果与结论 针刺组总有效率为 72 %。西药组总有效率 30 %。两组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。针刺疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗症的疗效要明显优于口服止痛药物的疗效 ,是临床治疗此类病症的重要方法。
Purpose To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on intercostal neuralgia subsequent to herpes zoster.Method Thirty-five patients with intercostal neuralgia subsequent to herpes zoster were divided into an acupuncture group (18 cases) and a Western medicine group (17 cases) as a control. The curative effects were compared.Results and conclusion The total effective rate was 72% in the acupuncture group and 30% in the Western medicine group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The curative effect of acupuncture on sequela to herpes zoster was significantly superior to that of oral analgetics. Acupuncture is clinically an important method for treating this type of diseases.
