摘要
目的 观察针刺益肾补气法与局部封闭法治疗足跟痛的治疗效果。方法 将足跟痛随机分成两组 ,针刺组和局封组 ,随访 3个月后观察疗效。结果 针刺组显效率和有效率均高于局封组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 针刺益肾补气法治疗足跟痛优于局部封闭法。
Purpose To investigate the curative effects of kidney qi-reinforcing acupuncture and local blockage on heel pains. Method Patients with a heel pain were randomly divided into two groups: an acupuncture group and a local blockage group. The curative effects were evaluated after 3 months' follow-up.Results Both the marked effectiveness rate and the effectiveness rate were higher in the acupuncture group than in the local blockage group (P<0.05).Conclusion Kedney qi-reinforcing acupuncture is superior to local blockage in the treatment of heel pains.
